Our standard delivery time is 3 to 6 working days. In exceptional cases it may take a little longer due to pressure around a possible offer. Should the delivery be delayed, no stress! Our team is ready to help you. 

There is no need to stay at home for a letterbox package; it is delivered immediately. Larger packages are delivered to the neighbors or to a pickup point. You will receive a notification of this via the delivery service. This is also indicated in the tracking page as “ready to pick up.”

• Cancellation is possible as long as the order is not yet in the shipping process. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
